Ayan Said is a dynamic intersectionality consultant, educator, and thought leader, dedicated to cultivating inclusive leadership and co-creating sustainable systems that foster equitable growth. With over 15 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience, Ayan blends scientific knowledge, lived experiences, and academia to help leaders navigate diverse perspectives.

Her work spans Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, where she partners with government bodies, multinational corporations, and grassroots organisations to implement frameworks that champion sustainability and inclusivity. 

Ayan has been a key contributor to local and global initiatives, including campaigns with UN Women, leadership workshops at the Eden Project, and advocacy for climate justice at New York Climate Week. Her expertise in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) leadership, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable development
